What do you need to do?

The defective device has to be checked before we can repair or exchange it. Decisions will be on our side. Check for defects

Did the product arrive without delivery damages? 

Contact the client if goods are delivered to the shop in a damaged condition.

Is the warranty card accompanied with the product and valid? or is it activated online

Contact the client if the warranty card is missing, not clear or not online activated.

Is this kind of damage covered by the warranty? 

If the product is out of warranty, wrong use or abuse and also when the product is not used properly or used disregarding the instructions of G-Systems Engineering Ltd., we will provide you our offer.

When everything is current, we will repair and send back the unit for free. Otherwise, we will provide you our offer.
